Shipping & Returns.
- Home delivery: The delivery person will make two attempts, and if after the second attempt, the customer is not at home, the package will be sent to the Seur office closest to the home, so that the customer can pick it up (within 10 days).
- PRODUCTS IN STOCK: FROM 24 TO 48 HOURS (WORKING DAYS). PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.
- In case of return, the shipping cost (and customs expenses if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs charges are included in the shipping price for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra.
